Bandes provided the general contracting services for this 11,000 square foot community center for the City of Tampa. The center includes a multi-purpose room, kitchen, computer lab, arts and craft room, ftness room, conference room and game room. The center offer programs for adults and children, and also offers a After School Activity Program for children ages 5-17 years old. The project, designed for a rustic appearance with horizontal siding and colonial windows, was constructed entirely of steel studs and pre-engineered steel trusses. Bandes worked closely with the structural engineers and City of Tampa staff to complete this project.
