This project consisted of a new 25,5000 sf recreation center for the City of Temple Terrace. Construction consisted of a gymnasium, basketball courts, volleyball courts, locker rooms, and restrooms. This pre-engineered building was turned over on-time in spite of difficult site conditions, mandatory phasing requirements, and a busy athletic complex next door.
