Bandes served as the construction manager to Hillsborough County for the Summerfield Soccer and Football Complex. This project entailed the construction of seven soccer fields, one concession building, one maintenance building, ballfield lighting, sidewalks, parking and a new entrance road. Bandes also provided the site work as well as all utility hook-ups for water and wastewater, stormwater management, landscaping and irrigation, drainage.
