Bandes Construction expanded the sales capabilities of the Lokey Mercedes dealership, allowing an expansion of their product floor to include a new line of Smart Car vehicles. A major reconfiguration of site utilities and paving was completed, which led the way for a second expansion project on the Mercedez-Benz wing part of the dealership which will be completed in June 2011. That will bring the total enclosed space to over 50,000 square feet for sales of new and used Mercedes Benz, Infiniti and Smart Car vehicles. Rigorous Mercedes finish requirements were adhered to throughout the course of the project and a strict timeframe was established to bring products to market as quickly as possible.
