Bandes provided the general contracting services for this 11,000 square foot community center for the City of Tampa. The center includes a multi-purpose room, kitchen, computer lab, arts and craft room, ftness room, conference room and game room. The center offer programs for adults and children, and also offers an After School Activity Program for children ages 5-17 years old. The project, designed for a rustic appearance with horizontal siding and colonial windows, was constructed entirely of steel studs and pre-engineered steel trusses. Bandes worked closely with the structural engineers and City of Tampa staff to complete this project.
