Through his computation from manufacturers, subcontractors and supplier pricing, Mr. Balogun meets this goal successfully and repeatedly.

Project Role:

Ms. Hagemann has been with the company since its inception. She bridges the gap betwen project coordination and management with Versatility in, A.I.A. Contract Documentation and multiple software programs.

As Contract Administrator, Ms. Hagemann is liaison between contractor, owner, and architect. She is in charge of preparation of all bids, securing bid bonds, payment and performance bonds, compliance with all insurance requirements, as well as preparation of all AIA documents.

As Project Manager, Mr. Dalka is the liaison between client and construction team. He is responsible for construction scheduling, quality control during design and construction, and change order negotiation.
